💳 Refunds

If a repaired part or service does not perform as expected, we are happy to review the issue and provide a solution.

To process a refund or replacement, the replaced part must be returned to us for inspection.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to process.

Once a repair has been completed, labor charges are non-refundable. Parts and service concerns are handled under our warranty policy below.

All repairs include a 60-day warranty from the date of service.

This warranty covers defects related to the replaced part and workmanship.

If an issue occurs during the warranty period due to the part we installed or the repair work performed, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
❌ What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Accidental or physical damage after the repair (drops, cracks, liquid or water damage).

Damage caused by misuse, impact, or power surges.

Further repairs, modifications, or tampering performed by another service provider.

Issues unrelated to the original repair or the part that was replaced.
