Accidents happen — but you don’t have to guess what’s wrong with your phone. This appointment is a quick diagnostic check-in where our technicians inspect your device, identify the issue, and explain your repair options. You’ll receive a clear assessment, estimated cost, and repair timeline before any work begins. No repair is performed during this session unless approved separately. A $5 booking fee is required to confirm your appointment. This fee is fully deducted from your repair cost if you proceed, or refunded if you choose not to move forward with a repair. Ideal for screen damage, battery issues, charging problems, water damage, or unknown faults.

📄 Service Policies 🔧 Diagnostic Booking Policy A $5 booking fee is required to confirm your diagnostic appointment. This fee helps ensure serious bookings and reduce no-shows. If you proceed with a repair, the $5 fee is fully deducted from your total repair cost. If you choose not to move forward with a repair after diagnosis, the $5 fee will be fully refunded to the original payment method. This appointment is for diagnosis only. No repair work will be performed unless approved separately. Diagnostic assessments typically take 15–30 minutes, depending on the issue. Some devices may have multiple issues identified during diagnosis. ⏱️ Repair Time Expectations Most common repairs are completed within approximately 1 hour once approved. Some repairs may require ordering parts, which typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on availability. Repair times are estimates and may vary based on device condition, model, and part availability. 💳 Refund Policy Diagnostic booking fees are handled as outlined in the Diagnostic Booking Policy above. Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method. Once a repair has been approved and completed, labor charges are non-refundable. Refunds or credits for parts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the warranty terms below. 🛡️ 60-Day Repair Warranty All repairs are covered by a 60-day warranty from the date of service. This warranty covers defects related to the replaced part and workmanship only. The warranty does not cover: Physical or accidental damage Liquid or water damage Power surges Software issues or data loss not related to the original repair Issues unrelated to the original repair Devices showing signs of tampering, impact, or liquid exposure after repair may void the warranty. Warranty service requires proof of the original repair. 🔐 Data & Privacy We respect your privacy and do not access or modify personal data unless required for a software-related diagnosis or repair. While every precaution is taken, customers are encouraged to back up their data prior to service.
